These Ticket Holder Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all tickets issued for events organised or presented by ADLikha Events ("ADLikha Events", "we", "our", or "us"). By purchasing, accepting or using a ticket to attend one of our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Ticket Purchase

• Tickets may only be purchased through ADLikha Events or our authorised ticketing partners.

• Tickets purchased through unauthorised sellers or resale platforms are at the purchaser's own risk. ADLikha Events cannot guarantee the validity of tickets obtained through unofficial sources.

• Tickets remain the property of ADLikha Events until entry to the event has been granted.

• A valid ticket must be presented for admission.

2. Pricing & Fees

• Ticket prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

• Booking fees, transaction fees and delivery fees charged by third-party ticketing providers may apply.

• All applicable fees are disclosed during the purchasing process.

3. Ticket Delivery

• Tickets may be delivered electronically or by another method specified during purchase.

• It is the purchaser's responsibility to provide accurate contact information.

• ADLikha Events is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information supplied by the purchaser.

4. Entry to the Event

• Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket.

• Patrons must comply with all venue rules, safety requirements and directions issued by venue staff, security personnel and ADLikha Events representatives.

• Entry may be refused or revoked if a patron:

  • behaves in a disorderly, aggressive or offensive manner;

  • appears intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances;

  • possesses prohibited items;

  • fails to comply with venue or event conditions; or

  • presents an invalid, altered or duplicated ticket.

  • Removal from the venue for breaching these Terms does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.

5. Security Screening

• Entry to the venue may be subject to bag inspections, security screening or personal searches where permitted by law.

• Refusal to participate in required security screening may result in refusal of entry without refund.

6. Prohibited Items

Unless expressly authorised, prohibited items include but are not limited to:

​

• weapons or dangerous items;

• illegal drugs or prohibited substances;

• fireworks or flammable materials;

• laser pointers;

• professional cameras with detachable lenses;

• professional audio or video recording equipment;

• drones;

• selfie sticks where prohibited by the venue;

• glass containers;

• any item considered unsafe by venue management or event organisers.

7. Photography & Recording

• Photography and video recording using mobile phones for personal use may be permitted unless otherwise advised.

• Ticket holders consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded while attending the event.

• ADLikha Events may use photographs, video or audio recordings containing audience members for promotional, marketing and archival purposes without compensation.

8. Event Changes

• Event schedules, running times, support acts, performers and program content may change without prior notice.

• Such changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

9. Cancellation & Postponement

• If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be advised of available refund options in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

• If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will generally remain valid for the new date unless otherwise advised.

• Refunds, where applicable, will only be processed through the original point of purchase.

10. Refund Policy

Tickets are generally non-refundable for:

• change of mind;

• inability to attend;

• illness or personal circumstances;

• transport delays;

• weather conditions where the event proceeds;

• dissatisfaction with seating where allocated as purchased.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Venue Rules

Ticket holders must comply with all venue policies, including:

• smoking and vaping restrictions;

• alcohol service requirements;

• emergency evacuation procedures;

• seating allocations where applicable; and

• accessibility requirements.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue.

12. Children & Minors

• Age restrictions vary depending on the event and venue.

• Children may require their own ticket unless otherwise specified.

• Patrons under 18 years of age may be required to attend with a responsible adult.

13. Accessibility

ADLikha Events is committed to creating accessible and inclusive events. Patrons requiring accessible seating or additional assistance should contact us before purchasing tickets where possible.

14. Limitation of Liability

Attendance at the event is at the ticket holder's own risk.

To the extent permitted by law, ADLikha Events is not liable for:

• loss or theft of personal belongings;

• personal injury resulting from the ticket holder's own actions or negligence;

• indirect or consequential loss; or

• delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

15. Force Majeure

ADLikha Events shall not be liable for delays, changes or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, industrial action, pandemics, venue closures or other unforeseen circumstances.

16. Privacy

Personal information collected during ticket purchases will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy legislation.

17. Amendments

ADLikha Events may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be available on our website.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia.
