ADLikha Events will take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information that we hold about you is kept confidential and secure, including by:

We will deal with such a request by following the procedure outlined below according to Australian Privacy Law, specifically under the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs):

Verification Process

Documentation: Provide a copy of a government-issued ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport) or other forms of identification (e.g., utility bill) to verify your identity.
Process Description: The Privacy Officer may contact you to verify your identity through additional questions or requests for further documentation if necessary.

Response Time

Acknowledgment: ADLikha Events will acknowledge receipt of your request within 5 business days.
Fulfillment: The requested information will be provided within 30 days of verifying your identity. If there are any delays, ADLikha Events will inform you of the reasons and the expected timeframe.

Physical Copies: If preferred, physical copies can be sent via postal service. Note that there may be a reasonable cost for printing and postage.
