Sponsorship Terms & Conditions​

1. Sponsorship Agreement
By submitting the Sponsorship Agreement Form, the Sponsor confirms their intention to support TRIO THE LAUGHTER – Live in Adelaide and agrees to these Sponsorship Terms & Conditions.

Submission of the form does not constitute final confirmation of sponsorship until the sponsorship arrangement has been reviewed and accepted by ADLikha Events.

2. Sponsorship Commitment
The Sponsor agrees to provide the sponsorship contribution, goods, services or other agreed support outlined in the sponsorship agreement.

Any agreed monetary contribution must be paid according to the payment arrangements provided by ADLikha Events.

​

In-kind sponsorships, products, services or promotional support must be supplied by the agreed deadline and in the agreed quantity or specification.

3. Sponsorship Benefits
ADLikha Events will provide the promotional benefits associated with the Sponsor's agreed sponsorship package.

These benefits may include, where applicable:

​

• Logo placement on event promotional materials

• Social media recognition

• Sponsor acknowledgements

• Website or digital exposure

• Event signage

• Complimentary tickets

• Promotional opportunities at the event

• Other benefits specifically agreed between ADLikha Events and the Sponsor

Specific benefits are subject to the sponsorship package selected and available promotional placements.

4. Sponsor Branding & Materials
The Sponsor agrees to provide logos, brand assets, promotional materials and other required content in the requested format and by the deadlines provided by ADLikha Events.

The Sponsor confirms that they have the necessary rights and permissions to provide these materials for promotional use.

ADLikha Events may make reasonable adjustments to supplied materials to ensure they are suitable for the event's branding and promotional formats.

5. Promotional Use
The Sponsor grants ADLikha Events permission to use the Sponsor's name, logo, business name and approved promotional materials for the purpose of promoting the event and recognising the Sponsor's support.

ADLikha Events will not materially alter the Sponsor's branding without reasonable consultation.

6. Event Changes or Cancellation
ADLikha Events reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event, including changes to the event program, performers, venue, schedule or other event arrangements where circumstances require.

If the event is postponed, ADLikha Events will communicate the revised arrangements to Sponsors as soon as reasonably practicable.

If the event is cancelled, ADLikha Events will communicate with Sponsors regarding the treatment of sponsorship contributions and any applicable arrangements arising from the cancellation.

7. Sponsor Responsibilities
The Sponsor agrees to:

Provide accurate information during the sponsorship application process.
Meet agreed payment or contribution deadlines.

Provide branding and promotional materials by the requested deadlines.
Ensure that all products, services and promotional materials supplied comply with applicable Australian laws and regulations.

Ensure that any representatives attending the event conduct themselves appropriately and professionally.

8. Exclusivity
Sponsorship does not automatically provide category or industry exclusivity unless exclusivity has been specifically agreed in writing between ADLikha Events and the Sponsor.

9. Sponsor Products & Promotional Activities
Any distribution of products, promotional materials, samples, vouchers or marketing materials at the event must be approved by ADLikha Events in advance.

ADLikha Events reserves the right to decline promotional materials or activities that are unsuitable for the event, venue, audience or applicable regulations.

10. Liability
Each party remains responsible for its own acts, omissions and obligations under applicable Australian law.

The Sponsor is responsible for ensuring that any products, services or promotional activities they provide are safe, lawful and appropriately authorised.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded or limited under Australian law.

11. Privacy
Information provided by the Sponsor will be used by ADLikha Events for purposes associated with managing the sponsorship, communicating with the Sponsor and delivering agreed sponsorship benefits.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and ADLikha Events' privacy practices.

12. Agreement & Acceptance
By submitting the Sponsorship Agreement Form, the Sponsor confirms that:
They have read and understood these Sponsorship Terms & Conditions.
The information provided is accurate and complete.

They have the authority to enter into the sponsorship arrangement on behalf of the organisation or business identified in the application.

They agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and the agreed sponsorship arrangements.
